🔥 Fire safety and architectural design can go hand in hand.

At City Fire, we believe clients shouldn’t have to compromise between compliance and appearance.

On this project, our team constructed a new fire-rated wall and installed a 60 minute fire-rated doorset, incorporating a project-specific fire-engineered solution that allowed the existing decorative timber cladding to remain in place. 👏

The result? ✅
✔️ The client’s intended aesthetics were preserved.
✔️ The fire safety measures identified within the Fire Risk Assessment were fully addressed.
✔️ The project insurer’s requirements were successfully met.

Through careful planning, technical coordination, and quality installation, we delivered a solution that balanced design, compliance, and performance - proving that with the right expertise, you don’t have to choose one over the other. 💡

We’re pleased to introduce Taymour as one of our Quantity Surveyors within our Fire Stopping division.

Taymour plays an important role in supporting the commercial delivery of our passive fire protection projects, working closely with our clients and project teams to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. 💵

Progress continues at our Croydon project for our valued client, Selsdon. 👏 🏗️

Our team has successfully delivered the full internal Fire Stopping package throughout the development, using Quelfire materials to provide high quality passive fire protection and help maintain compartmentation across the building. 🔥

It’s great to see the project progressing well, and we’d like to thank everyone involved for their hard work and commitment. We look forward to continuing the successful delivery of this project. 🤝

Another project nearing completion. ✔️

We’re proud to be approaching the final stages of Royal Gateway, where we’ve been delivering our passive fire protection package for our valued client, Barratt.

Our scope of works has included our full Fire Stopping package throughout the development, along with associated Fire Door works, helping to ensure the building is protected and compliant. 🔥

A great project to be involved in, and a big thank you to everyone on site for their hard work and collaboration. We look forward to seeing the completed development. 👏
