Discover the joy of playful improv, movement and vocal games in a welcoming space where the emphasis is on spontaneity and connection with Rachel Mann

Using simple exercises drawn from improv and comedy training, we explore what happens when you stop overthinking and start responding in the moment. Rachel has this brilliant way of grounding you into presence so you can access the joy of play. She’s super warm and encouraging, helping you get out of the way of yourself and step into the realm of fun.

Every game is an opportunity to build confidence, trust your instincts and connect with others in a light, low-pressure way. Whether you’re brand new to improv or just looking to try something different, this workshop is designed to help you feel more present, expressive and playful.

Rachel Mann (she/her) is a London-based host, creative facilitator and founder of Say It Louder – Open Mic Nights Say It Louder - Open Mic Night . She creates inclusive spaces where voice, movement and improv spark confidence, curiosity and connection. LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly.

Well well well. What an absolute banger of a season! Looking back through all the videos of every workshop has brought back so many funny memories. Moments of absolute hilarity and moments of gratitude for having these amazing facilitators come and bring their expertise to us every week.

We started off with puppet making and finished off playing ultimate ninja in the park. If that doesn't sum up The Fun Fed, I don't know what will?!
