Expect big games, silly scenes and uplifting movement to connect with ourselves, our senses, each other and joy. We start by connecting as a group, and finding our centre followed by some high energy games with a competitive twist, slowing down to access our subconscious and spontaneity for some improvised silliness, then back to the body to try out some new moves.

Held by Kata Armitage of Kata Armitage Kata is a transformational and body-oriented coach (with an educational and arts background), having worked with the likes of Google and ASOS to deliver team support and one to one coaching with adults and young adults. Kata’s on a community-driven mission to help people connect more deeply with themselves. Kata discovered a love for dj ing and the deep focus she found in music during lockdown. She is both an ecstatic dance dj and facilitator and loves taking people on an uplifting musical journey.

Come and join us and put a spring in your step and a bounce in your week.

Last night we had the pleasure of welcoming back Hannah Robson to bring us the most joyful evening of singing.

We created new songs, learnt to improvise together and sang in harmonies. It was amazing!

There's something about singing together that creates such good vibes and makes you feel alive. Hannah made us feel relaxed and able to sing, which can be quite scary if you've never done it before.

Thank you so much Hannah for a brilliant evening!
