Cody Dock

Cody Dock We are transforming a derelict dock into a creative quarter with community gardens and footpaths that will open up the Lower Lea River for everyone.

The charity Gasworks Dock Partnership was originally formed to act as the community led vehicle for the regeneration of this forgotten Dock and its transformation into a creative quarter where people can explore their waterways environment and learn more about the area's industrial heritage.

🌻We are looking for performers and musicians to perform at our next Open Day!

To celebrate the arrival of Summer and the unveiling of our new exhibition space, we are looking to expand our pool of performers and musicians for this event and future open days.

We always pull a great crowd & we will have a stage outside for lots of different genres and types of performance🌞🌞🌞🌞

Please note although this is paid, our fees aren’t massive as we are limited by our funding!

Drop us an email with a link to your instagram and/or any videos you may have wit a short description of your act to [email protected]🌻

Summer is right around the corner & so is our Summer Open Day!

⛵️A part of The London Festival of Architecture, this event is a very special one, as we unveil The Boat House, our new exhibition and heritage space, funded by the Heritage Fund.

🛠️This two year project features the last boat to be made by Thames Ironworks as its roof, restored to its former glory by boat experts and the help of 109 volunteers!

We are so excited for this new chapter in The Lower Lea’s Industrial History & to reveal this iconic building.

🌟Our big community celebration will also involve lots of workshops, Our famous plant sale, the last chance to get involved in our Common Threads project, Live music & performance & more!

The cafe and bar will also be open as usual for food and pints by the river🍻🥙🥪🤤🌞!!

Save the date - more info to come soon🌞🌞🌞🌞
