This exciting new TV show just wrapped in the Midlands.

Set in 1860s Birmingham, The Cadburys is a new six-part drama following the family behind the world’s most recognisable chocolate brands.

Filming took place in Birmingham, Warwickshire and Staffordshire, supported by Filming in England’s production liaison and Crew team - alongside partners Screen Staffordshire, Production Central WM and Warwickshire County Council.

Support was also provided by Creative UK's ERDF-funded West Midlands Production Fund 🌟

A big moment for Filming in England...

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve been awarded £2 million in UK Government funding over three years to strengthen England’s production support ecosystem!

The funding is provided by DCMS and administered by the BFI, supporting the continuation of our industry-led production support service for feature film and high-end television productions across England’s regions.

As the National Production Support Agency, we will:

💥 Coordinate England’s production support ecosystem
💥 Strengthen collaboration across regional partners
💥 Provide the insight and intelligence to inform policy and sector development

We’re hugely grateful to DCMS and the BFI for this investment, and to all of our partners who have worked with us to get us here.

We’re excited for what comes next.
