⛳ International Seminar on Restorative Justice | Brazil
Prof. Theo Gavrielides, Founder and Director of RJ4All, is contributing to an international seminar on restorative justice in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, from 24 February to 3 March 2026, at the invitation of Faculdade Insted.

The training brings together police officers working in indigenous communities, indigenous leaders, public prosecutors and judges to explore how restorative justice and restorative policing can be meaningfully embedded in practice.

The seminar examines global models of restorative policing, Indigenous justice approaches and evidence-based strategies tailored to the Brazilian context.

🤝 In regions where justice intersects with land, identity and history, dialogue and practice matter.

Why does this book matter now?
Punitive approaches to conflict have trapped societies in cycles of retaliation rather than resolution. These chapters explore restorative justice in cases of trafficking, environmental harm, sexual violence, and decolonisation, offering practical alternatives to systems that have repeatedly failed.

The book was developed following the International Symposium of Restorative Justice hosted by RJ4All, where authors debated their papers, built intellectual partnerships, and formed deep connections grounded in a shared love of critical thinking.

📖Psychological Support for Grieving Families of Fallen Ukrainian Soldiers Raising Children with Disabilities

As the world enters a new year, war continues to tear families apart.

Our latest research looks at the psychological needs of families of fallen soldiers, especially those raising children with disabilities, who face deep grief, trauma and isolation. It also sets out a practical, evidence based support programme to help them heal and rebuild.

💡 Implementing Restorative Justice for Hate Incidents and Hate Crimes: A Practical Guide is the resource we've been waiting for.
It goes beyond theory, offering practical, real-world guidance for practitioners navigating cases of hate crime shaped by power imbalances and trauma. This isn't a "magic solution", it’s a clear-eyed look at accountability with care, dialogue with safeguards, and justice that truly recognises lived experience.

👍 If your work touches on hate crime, equality, community safety, or human rights, you need this book.
