A gorgeously supportive group, the sunshine and the need to leave the negativity somewhere, was all it took for us to brave the cold water for a restorative dip. A blessing for those who have found they can finally take down their remaining yellow ribbons, take off their pin or other reminders of supporting the hostages until the very last body came home. It took personal strength and true resilience to keep hoping and striving for this moment. Ran Gvili and all those hostages who were dead when brought back to Israel live on through the legacy of a collective hope for a better future.
