Amcanion Plethu yw rhyddhau potensial creadigol pawb yn Nyffryn Teifi, mentora a rhoi gwaith i bobl leol creadigol yn enwedig pobl ifanc a phobl fregus, dod a phrofiadau creadigol safon uchel i Ddyffryn Teifi, anog digwyddiadau aml-oedran a normaleiddio'r Gymraeg fel rhan allweddol o'r celfyddydau yng Nghymru. Plethu's objectives are to release the creative potential of everyone in the Teifi Valle
