We are working together in partnership with Knowsley Council combatting drug partnerships. We are raising awareness of the risks associated with nitrous oxide to ensure our community know where to access support.

While nitrous oxide is often percieved as low risk recreational drug, regular use can have serious consequences for physical and mental wellbeing.

Nitrous oxide, sometimes known as "laughing gas", can cuase significant harm when used repeatedly. Frequent use has been linked with vitamin B12 deficiancy, nerve damage, numbness and tingling in hands and feet, difficulties walking and mobility, and problems with memory and concentration.
