The last few months we have been working with the University of Lincoln Health & Social Care students. As part of a project to collaborate with local organisations, our fabulous crew have been spending their time planning clothing drives in order to help us fill our store room with essentials and much needed items. This has included putting donation boxes around the city and campus and engaging the public in what we do and why these items are crucial for us.
The following week we have seen an incredible number of donations, clothing from current students and a MOUNTAIN of trainers from the brilliant guys at The Lincolnshire Runner. They have kindly had a donation box in their shop to collect trainers that have perhaps ended their marathon life, but have plenty of miles left in them for our visitors.

We are honestly blown away by the hard work of the students and the kindness of all the donations.

We are in need of T shirts, as many of of our smaller guests are swamped in large sizes.

If you are having a clear out in the next few weeks and would consider donating the following we would be very grateful.
We are always in need of:

👕Men’s T shirts (medium size)
👖Men’s Joggers (medium size)
🪢Belts (to help the biggest sizes fit!)
🧥coats/jackets of any size

With high temperatures predicted for the city this week, we have ensured that cold water and sunscreen will be available for anyone homeless who may be in need.

Our partners, Project Compass, have kindly agreed to dispense on presentation at:
🧭 Project Compass, 97 High Street, Lincoln, LN5 7QG

They will also be offering a ‘cool space’ during the week, for anyone currently rough sleeping.

Opening hours:
Monday: 9am – 3pm
Tuesday: 9am – 3pm
Wednesday: 9am – 3pm
Thursday: 9am – 12pm
Friday: 9am – 3pm
