As many of us welcome the cooler weather and prospect of rain, our clothing stocks always take a bit of a bashing during the seasonal changes. For those rough sleeping, the sudden drop in night time temperatures and instability after such a long bought of dry weather, can be felt acutely.

If you are having a post summer clear out or switching to your winter wardrobe and discovering last years trousers don't fit after all those Beers & BBQ's; Please think of us for your donations.

We currently are desperately short on the following;

Mens & Womens Trousers/Joggers
Sweatshirts and Hoodies
Towels
rucksacks

We are grateful for any donations big or small. These can be dropped at Project Compass, 97 High St, LN57QW.

Thank you.

There is a lot of talk of the weather currently but our focus remains on supporting Lincoln’s Rough Sleepers as best we can.
Winter see’s us inundated with offers and donations of cold weather provisions like gloves and hats but warm weather poses its challenges too.

We have a safe, air conditioned space for people to escape the heat but we are still in need of some items to offer to people as we are quickly going through our stocks.

If you have at your disposal;

🩳SHORTS
👖Comfy Joggers
👕 T-Shirts
🧼 Towels and Wash items like shower gel.

We would be very very grateful.

And a huge thanks at this time to City of Lincoln Council for providing us with endless bottles of water and sun cream at this time. Not to mention their tireless teams who are working round the clock in this heat to ensure everyone has someone safe to be.

(Also thanks to our Model T for being a star today) 🌞✨

The last few months we have been working with the University of Lincoln Health & Social Care students. As part of a project to collaborate with local organisations, our fabulous crew have been spending their time planning clothing drives in order to help us fill our store room with essentials and much needed items. This has included putting donation boxes around the city and campus and engaging the public in what we do and why these items are crucial for us.
The following week we have seen an incredible number of donations, clothing from current students and a MOUNTAIN of trainers from the brilliant guys at The Lincolnshire Runner. They have kindly had a donation box in their shop to collect trainers that have perhaps ended their marathon life, but have plenty of miles left in them for our visitors.

We are honestly blown away by the hard work of the students and the kindness of all the donations.

Thank you Thank you Thank you 🥰

There is still time to donate at various locations.
