Our Chairman of the International and Foundation Committee, Murray Kirkham, was presented with a banner from the Rotary Club of La Valette, Malta, by the club’s President, Annemarie Bianchi.

The dinner meeting in Malta provided an opportunity to build relationships, exchange ideas and explore potential opportunities for future cooperation on international projects.

𝗦𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

On 27th August, we were pleased to welcome 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗬𝗮𝗿𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱 from 𝗦𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲 to the Rotary Club of Lindum Lincoln.

Deborah gave us an interesting talk about the important work of the charity and received a donation, raised from the proceeds of our club's charity quiz held on 29th May.

A big thank you once again to everyone who supported the quiz, donated prizes, helped on the night, and contributed to this wonderful result.

𝗔 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹

On Sunday 14th June, the Rotary Club of Lindum Lincoln enjoyed a fantastic Charter Lunch at The Bentley Hotel.

It was a lovely occasion, full of friendship, good conversation and Rotary fellowship. Our thanks go to everyone who helped organise the day, especially our President Simon Kalson, our Steward, Mike Perridge, and Derek Muhl for their work and support.

We were also very well entertained by the excellent band, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀, who helped make the afternoon even more enjoyable.

A big thank you to our members, partners, guests, and Rotarians from other clubs who joined us and helped make the day so special.

Events like this remind us that Rotary is not only about service, but also about friendship, community and enjoying good time together.

🌲 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 🌲

Our Lindum Rotary members were proud to support St Barnabas Hospice by taking part in this year’s Treecycling initiative.

By helping to collect and recycle Christmas trees, we’ve played a small part in raising vital funds to support the incredible care St Barnabas provides to local families.

A huge thank you to everyone involved - volunteers, supporters, and donors alike. Together, we’ve turned Christmas trees into something truly meaningful. 💚
