Our second week of making memories in Kent ✨

From the White Cliffs of Dover and beautiful National Trusts to rollercoasters, a K-Pop party in Tunbridge Wells and not one but TWO incredible theatre trips to see Hercules & SIX! ⚡️👑🎶 We may or may not have persuaded our fabulous coach driver Martin to join us for a show with a glittery face...

As always, the best part wasn’t where we went - it was experiencing it all together. Seeing our members grow in confidence and try new things is exactly what residentials are all about.

Very tired, very happy and already looking forward to the next (and last) adventure of the summer 💙 Watch out, UK - the blue tops are on tour and may be coming to a hostel near you 👕🚌 Roll on the Lake District in a few days time!

We’re looking for an experienced, values-led Chief Operating Officer to join Project 21 at an incredibly exciting point in our journey.

As our first COO, you’ll work alongside our CEO and Senior Leadership Team to lead our people, operations and organisational development - strengthening the foundations that will support our continued growth and ambitious plans for the future.

Hats off to Hayley, who's heading in to her second week of paid work placement at Sizewell C 👏💙

Hayley has already become a valued colleague, excelling in a new environment and showcasing top tier organisational skills she developed through years of previously volunteering.

The Sizewell team were incredible, ensuring Hayley felt supported and included from the moment she arrived. They truly understand and implement the adjustments needed to enable Hayley to thrive in the workplace.

This is exactly what supported employment should look like: recognising potential, providing the right support and creating meaningful opportunities for people with Down’s Syndrome to demonstrate everything they have to offer in the workplace. Sizewell gained a valuable, hardworking employee, Hayley gains employment experience and growth.
