We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable team member to join our growing Provision Department.
As Provision Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Provision and wider team, helping to ensure our programmes run smoothly and our members receive the highest quality experience and support.
This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting member records, social care reviews, family communication, compliance, reporting and the day-to-day coordination of our provision.

■ Provision Administrator
Part-time position, 24hrs per week
Working pattern to be agreed
£16,800 - £18,600 per annum (£28,000 - £31,000 FTE)
Salary dependent on experience
Aug/Sept 2026 start date
Previous experience in the following (desired)
✓ Administration and record keeping
✓ Coordinating meetings and diary management
✓ Maintaining databases and compliance records
✓ Using Microsoft Office and online systems, including accounting software (e.g. Xero or Sage)
✓ Communicating with families and professionals
✓ Working within a charity, social care, education or community setting
Personality traits
✓ Friendly, positive and approachable attitude
✓ Dependable and discreet
✓ Excellent organisation and attention to detail
✓ Ability to manage multiple priorities
✓ Keen interest in learning and developing skills
✓ Passion and commitment to improving the lives of people with Down's Syndrome
☆ Based at Project 21 Clubhouse, Brightwell Barns, Suffolk
☆ Extensive training and support provided
☆ Must be aged 18yrs+
