This year, Cats celebrates its big 3-0! 30 years of accessible transport; hundreds and hundreds of volunteers, passengers and vehicles. Thousands upon thousands of miles. In May, we had to refuse 21 different bookings because of the lack of drivers, peaking to 22 in April. This is either because there are no drivers in that person's area, our drivers are already on journeys, or they can't be in two places at once. These journeys include hospital trips, going to the doctors, going to support groups, and simply taking someone to the supermarket for 30 minutes to get their groceries. If you have a couple of hours a week to spare helping take people in your car or ours, please get in touch.
