Children or fathers Shouldn’t Pay the Price

When a relationship ends, the relationship between parents may change — but a child shouldn’t have to pay the price for something they didn’t cause or choose.

For some fathers, the end of a relationship can also mean suddenly having limited or even no contact with their children. The pain, frustration, anger and sense of loss can be overwhelming. Being separated from your children can leave a man feeling isolated, helpless and unsure where to turn.

At Andy’s Man Club, we understand that sometimes you don’t need someone to fix everything — you simply need somewhere safe to talk.

Our weekly sessions give men the opportunity to sit down with other men who may have experienced similar struggles. You can talk, listen, share as much or as little as you want, and know that you won’t be judged.

You don’t have to face it alone.

Sometimes, taking that first step through the door and saying “I’m struggling” can be the beginning of finding your way forward.

Andy’s Man Club — no judgement, just talking.or if you prefer just a safe place for to relax and feel comfortable.

We would love you to come and join us, you will receive the warmest of welcomes

Question 2️⃣ is what's a positive from your week❓when we're struggling we need to focus more on those little things those GLIMMERS ❤
Our brains are wired to focus on what we pay attention to. If we’re always looking for the negatives or expecting something to go wrong, our brains will naturally pick up on those things.
But when we shift our focus to finding the good—those glimmers of joy—our brains start to seek them out more often. It’s like training our minds to notice the positives, which can really change how we experience each day. By focusing on glimmers, we’re essentially reprogramming ourselves to see more of the good in life, leading to greater happiness and a sense of peace overall.
Monday is a bank holiday and we're closed.
