Fork to Fork is a 2-acre forest garden in Lancaster, home to Harmony Health Wellbeing CIC.

We offer nature-based occupational therapy and wellbeing sessions for people with mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and long-term conditions. Fork to Fork is a therapeutic woodland garden supporting wellbeing through nature, connection, and community. Managed by Occupational Therapists, it’s tucked away beside Lancaster Brewery just up the slope offering a peaceful space to slow down, learn new skills, and grow together. We hope with your help that we can bring our allotment plots back into full use while supporting both people and wildlife along the way.
