All rides start at 10:00 am with transport to the start available from Gear Up Lanark at 09:30 am. We have a range of eBikes and helmets available to borrow 🧡🚲

Our bike mechanic Bruce was delighted to support the Junior Road Safety Officers at Chatelherault Country Park last week 🧡🚲

The latest recruits to South Lanarkshire’s army of Junior Road Safety Officers took part in an information session to learn about what their role entails and provide them with the skills that they require to keep our streets safe.

Join Healthy Valleys, CCI at Langloch Farm, and Lanark Community Development Trust on Thursday 24th September for a day of FREE activities designed to support your mental and physical wellbeing 🩷🌿

One event, two venues - select one, two, or all sessions at either venue.

No need to book, just turn up and join in with our easy, fun and relaxed activities.

Remember to dress appropriately for outdoor activities ☀️☔🌈

Gear Up Up will also be on hand offering bike test rides and bike maintenance tips, and there will also be information available on Pranic Healing, Clydesdale Women’s Shed, Clydesdale in Conversation and more!
