This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is all about taking action, for ourselves and others to support our mental health. Over the last few days, I’ve been thinking about what taking action really means and it has thrown up a number of questions. What sort of action?

We have a few spaces available for our next Project Matrescence group in Stratford. If you’re a mum 6-12mths pp and would like a space to explore and be supported during your Matrescence (becoming a mum) get in touch, we’d love to have you there

🫄Parenting Project Counselling Service – Now in Upper Lighthorne 👨‍👩‍👧
The Parenting Project are delighted to share that our Counselling Service is now offering free 1:1 counselling for parents and carers at a new venue in Upper Lighthorne.
We offer up to 18 weekly sessions of in-person or remote counselling. The service is available to parents and carers of children aged 0-19 (or up to 25 SEND) living in Warwickshire.
Counselling can help with a wide range of difficulties-from managing stress, anxiety or low mood, to coping with relationship difficulties, bereavement, or the ups and downs of family life. It can also provide support for those who have experienced challenges in the past, during childhood, or who simply need a safe space to talk and be heard without judgement.
