Our craft sessions are a very popular part of our wellbeing timetable. Our ladies love to get involved in making gifts they can take home or pass on to their family and friends 🥰

Using our creative skills is a great way to take your mind off any worries or anxieties you may have and enjoy focusing on arts & crafts to uplift and improve your mood and mental health.

Our next art & chat session is Friday the 26th of June ❤️

On Friday we received some fundraising from the lovely students at West College Scotland❤️

I had the pleasure of going out to meet the lovely young people based at the Clydebank campus, and they were a delight!

They chose Rays of Hope as one of their fundraising charities and the students created some fundraising ideas and a raffle to help raise funds.

Thank you so much to everyone involved in helping to raise funds for our cancer support charity 👏🥰
