Our wonderful Head Volunteer, Marcelle, was one of the the recipients of a Stars of the Ivers Award!

Marcelle has been volunteering at our site for more than 10 years. She shares her love, knowledge and passion for all things plants with us and is a massive reason Iver Environment Centre is as beautiful as it is. She leads our dedicated group of volunteers and we are incredibly lucky and grateful she is part of our team.

We are proud recipients of another Learning Outside of the Classroom badge!

The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom (CLOtC) is a national charity that champions all learning that happens beyond the classroom (LOtC). Their work supports educators, schools and organisations who are dedicated to ensuring more children and young people have opportunities for life-changing learning experiences beyond the classroom, whether these happen indoors or outdoors, close to home or far away.

Iver Environment Centre's grounds are almost entirely maintained by our volunteers and we wouldn't be able to exist without their time and efforts. Join us to help them raise money for the gardens and support the volunteering programme!

Even though it's taking place off site this year, there will still be cake, tea and plants all for sale to enjoy. We hope to see you there!
