Following the success of last year’s event, the Woodlands Explorers will be running the ‘Father’s Day Fry-Up’ once again this year! 🥓🍳☕️🫖

The event will be held at Lent Rise & Dorney Scout Hut on Saturday 20th June 2026, from 9:30am to 11:30am.

Everyone is welcome – whether you're from the local community, another Scout group, or simply looking to enjoy a great breakfast and support a good cause. We'd love to see you there! 😋

This Volunteers Week we'd' like to take the time to thank all of our volunteers without whom 1st Iver Heath Scouts could not happen!🤗

Whether you are a Beaver, Cub or Scouts Leader or Young Leader, or someone behind the scenes in fundraising, maintenance or finance.... THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU!!!🙏

Volunteering is a win-win situation: it directly supports community services and boosts mental and physical health. It is also an effective way to learn new skills, expand your social network, and find a sense of purpose.. all while having fun!!!🥳

We always welcome enquiries regarding volunteering with us. If you have a couple of hours free a month and are looking to try something new then contact us today! Our Young People would love to meet you!😁

What a weekend our young people had at The Bucks Scouts Carnival at the Penn House Estate this bank holiday weekend!

It was a fun packed circus themed weekend with lots of activities including: shooting range, animal handling, music, high ropes and zip lines, climbing towers a big top circus and much more!!

Thank you to all the volunteers that helped make this event happen and for keeping the children cool in the heat! 😎 🔥 ☀️

The weather is looking dry and sunny so hopefully we’ll be outside by the entrance. ☀️ 🌤️
Refreshments will be inside the hut. ☕️

Cash and (hopefully) card payments accepted. 💵💳

Bring a bag/box or tray to transport your own purchases.

Plants available:

Tomato: Moneymaker, Golden Sunrise, Gardners Delight and Marmande. 🍅

Sweetcorn: Golden Bantam 🌽

Squash: Jumbo Pink Banana, Uchiki Kuri & white Halloween pumpkins 🎃

Runner beans, Peas & Sunflowers. 🫘🫛🌻

A small selection of cucumbers, courgettes, leeks, basil and Swiss chard. 🥒

All plants £1.
Except runner beans and sunflowers 50p.

9.30am until 11.30am ⏰ (plants have sold out 2 years in a row, you have been warned😁 ‼️)
