'The hour approaches Tam maun ride'! Join us next Thursday 10 September at 7:30pm in Wellwood Burns Centre, to celebrate their bicentenary celebrations. Alan Riach from Glasgow University will lead us through Robert Burns’s legendary poem ‘Tam o’ Shanter’ alongside Alexander Goudie’s vibrant, dramatic illustrations. ✍ Author Spotlight: Kirsty Logan

The Scottish Queen of weird girl fiction, Kirsty Logan, will be joining us at Tidelines 2026 to discuss desire at its very darkest with The Braw and The Brave's Lisa Kennedy! Her latest story collection, No & Other Love Stories, explores women’s wants from a medieval convent to a Victorian parlour to a 1990s high school.

Join Scotland's premier football commentator as he reflects on the past, present and future of Scottish football.
