Last weekend our Osprey and Merlin Scouts headed to Daviot for an Autumn Camp 🍂

The Scouts worked together in Patrols to
Pitch their tents ⛺️
Build some camp gadgets 👷‍♀️
Cook their own meals over fires 🧑‍🍳
Sang songs at the campfire 🎵
Take part in activities 🪓

All the patrols worked very well together all weekend - well done 👏

Thank you to everyone who attended our Annual General Meeting yesterday. It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on another successful year, celebrate achievements, and look ahead to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

A highlight of the evening was recognising the hard work and dedication of our young people, including the presentation of a recent expedition. Congratulations to Josh and Sammy for their commitment and effort to earn the Chief Scout Gold Award.

Take a look at the photos and videos from the evening to see some of the memorable moments. Thank you to our volunteers, supporters, parents, and members for helping make our Group such a success.

It’s fantastic to see the Gordon District Scout Network officially relaunching! 🌟

It looks like it was a great turnout for their first event back, and we're chuffed that we were able to support and let them make use of the hall. Looking forward to seeing what's next for the District Network, BRAVO! 👏

Congratulations to our Osprey and Merlin Scouts who completed their Expedition Challenge last weekend 🎉

Together they followed their planned route from Inverurie to Aberdeen by bus, then hiking along the Deeside Way to Crathes 🥾

During the overnight stop at Templars they did their own food shopping, cooked dinner and breakfast, and prepared their packed lunches for day 2 🥪 🏕️

Very well done to all of them!
