Our relationships with our community partners are vitally important to Inverurie Community Partnership. Partnership isn’t just part of our name — it’s at the heart of everything we do.

Tomorrow, Monday 26th October, we’re delighted to host the Royal Bank of Scotland Inverurie again to offer FREE Financial Health Checks to our members.

✨ You do NOT need to be an RBS customer — this is a free service for our community.

Could you use some help with:

🏡 Planning financially for the future?
📊 Getting your finances organised?
💰 Understanding ways to save, including the benefits of “rounding up”?

A Senior Personal Banker will be with us from 10am–2pm to offer friendly, practical advice and support.

There’s no obligation — just a great opportunity to ask questions, get some guidance and give your finances a little health check.

🧼 This National Hygiene Week, can you help us End Hygiene Poverty? 💙

Today in the UK, 1 in 5 adults are experiencing hygiene poverty. It’s estimated that 9.6 million people are going without essentials such as shampoo, toothpaste and deodorant — products that many of us rely on every day.

At Inverurie Community Partnership (ICP), we believe everyone should be able to access the essentials they need to stay clean, healthy and well.

This week is National Hygiene Week and the End Hygiene Poverty campaign, created by Kind Direct and Hygiene Bank. The campaign aims to highlight the impact that hygiene poverty has on people across the UK.

💙 Can you help ICP do our bit?

We’re asking our community to donate essential hygiene and household products, including:

🧴 Shampoo & conditioner
🧼 Soap & shower gel
🪥 Toothpaste & toothbrushes
💧 Deodorant
🧽 Washing-up liquid
🧺 Other essential household cleaning products

Every donation, no matter how small, can make a difference to someone who is struggling.

No one should have to make the impossible choice between heating, eating and staying clean.

If you can donate, please get in touch with ICP or drop off your donations at No.3 High Street, Inverurie during our opening hours of 10:30am to 3pm Mondays & Tuesdays and 10:30am to 12:30pm on Thursdays & Fridays.

❤️ Tomorrow, Friday 4 September, is National Food Bank Day.

It’s a day dedicated to raising awareness of food insecurity and recognising the vital work that food banks and community organisations do to support people when they need it most.
Food banks can provide much more than food. They can be a first step towards helping people break free from poverty, offering additional support and a safe place to begin addressing the crises they are facing.

Food may be what first brings someone through the door, but what they find there can make a much longer-lasting difference.

At Inverurie Community Partnership , we’re dedicated to making that long-lasting difference — but we simply cannot do it without your continued support. ❤️

It is hard to believe that Inverurie Community Partnership is 3 years old today! Who could ever have hoped to believe that when we opened our doors on Monday 3rd September 2023, that we would now have 737 members and be averaging almost 600 visits a month!! And that is not including those using our free Advice & Information Service.

With community at the heart of our name, community is also at the heart of all we do. All of our ICP family, over 25 of us, are volunteers who freely give of our time to help make a difference in this community.

We look back with pride at all we have achieved these past 3 years and look forward with anticipation at what we will achieve in the next 3 years.

Thank you for believing in us, thank you for supporting us, and thank you for taking us to your hearts.

Happy 3rd Birthday ICP! We couldn't have done this without you!
