We are looking forward to another busy week at LATNEM! The cakes are bought and the kettle is on!

Most excitingly, we are officially launching our brand-new Huntly support group! We’ve had so many requests for support from lovely mums in the area, and we are absolutely delighted to finally open our doors and welcome you all.

Remember, we can reimburse mileage or bus travel to our meetings - please come along to Elgin, Huntly, Peterhead or Aberdeen next week for a supportive, judgement free chat about your mental health and so much more. Any Mum who needs some support with her mental health is so welcome.

This time next week, you could be enjoying a lovely cuppa and a supportive chat at our very first HUNTLY peer support meeting!

We are so excited to launch this new group, and our amazing co-founder, Gill, will be there to host. She is really looking forward to meeting you all and welcoming you into the space. Any mum who needs support with her mental health is very welcome to join us.

A sad day for us as we said "Goodbye!" to our amazing Elgin volunteer Donna!
We have been so lucky to have 3 wonderful years with Donna. She's made hundreds of hot cuppas, bosied loads of babies and spent hundreds of hours supporting Mums with her huge heart and kindness. THANK YOU for being such an important part of our team, Donna, you will be so missed by your friends and colleagues at LATNEM, and by the lovely Mums you have supported 💜

We have a HUGE week ahead at LATNEM! We're so excited to be able to offer SEVEN different meetings and activities for mums who might need a little extra support with their mental health next week.

We can't wait to welcome familiar faces and any new mums joining us for the first time. Whether you’re looking for the gentle connection of baby massage, the shared comfort of our in-person or online support groups, or the creative space of Maternal Journal, we have a huge variety of ways for you to try our support and find what feels right for you.

We are so excited to be able to support the lovely mums in Huntly. If you’re a Mum who has been looking for support with your mental health, we would love to see you there.

We would love to welcome you to one of our FIVE peer support meetings happening next week! They are lovely, relaxed spaces designed for you to prioritise your wellbeing and find a friendly listening ear. Any Mum who needs support with her mental health is welcome to come along.

We are especially excited that Rebecca from will be joining us for a free mindfulness session on Sunday afternoon! It's the perfect opportunity to find some headspace and focus on a little bit of self-care.
