A HUGE thank you to every family in our group who donated to our Blythswood Shoebox Appeal collection this year. Your generosity will be greatly appreciated by those who receive them.🥰

❤️ We will be taking these donations along with others collected to the Whole Church service at The Minster, Ilminster on the 1st November, to be sent off with Blythswood.
We love giving to this charity that is very close to our hearts at Ilminster Scouts. 🥹 Our community is amazing!

👏 Celebrating 15 years of service! 👏

Chris Pinguenet recently represented Blackdown Scouts at the Ilminster AGM, where he was delighted to present Hannah Jackson, Scout and Squirrel Leader, with her 15-Year Service Award.

Congratulations, Hannah, and thank you for the incredible time, dedication and enthusiasm you have given to Scouting over the past 15 years! ⚜️💜

One of our Scouts, Asher, is attending the World Jamboree in Poland next year. Chosen from over 200 applicants! The Scout Group are very Proud of him!

He's busy fundraising and is making Woggles with the Jamboree's mascot on.
If you'd like to support Asher and purchase a very cute Otter Woggle please donate £5 per woggle (or more if you would like to support further!) via his JustGiving page, please gift aid if you can. Clearly write your name in the comment then contact [email protected] with your name and address .

If you'd just like to make a donation to help him on his way he'd appreciate that too! 😁

Our Squirrels are 4-6 years old! Squirrels can accomplish anything they set their sights on — and they have a great time doing it.

Our one-hour sessions offer a fantastic introduction for young children to join the Scouting community, while also helping them get ready for the exciting journey into school life.

Join our lists and become a Squirrel! We'd love to have your little person join the fun.

It's our birthday, Scouts! 🎉 🥳 ✨

119 years since the very first experimental Scout camp pitched up on Brownsea Island, Dorset.

We’re so proud of everything our volunteers have done since then to give young people a place to belong. Thank you to you all! 🙌
