Our loyal supporter and sponsor Taylor's property maintenance kindly provided us all with some amazing carnival hoodies this year.

We proudly wore these to every carnival and they kept us nice and warm before and after each procession.

Now our carnivals are over, these are a wonderful momento for all of us to keep wearing and remind us of the amazing time we had ♥

Huge thanks to Darran and everyone at Taylor's Property Maintenance for not just the hoodies, but for the continued support.

The one thing we have noticed in all of our performers is the huge increase in confidence.
Performing to crowds seems so daunting at the beginning but getting past that initial fear can be so rewarding.

Dance is a great way for children to express themselves. We encourage input to choreography, offer fun classes and a safe space to become part of a tight-nit, supportive team.

If you know a child aged 4+ who would love to come and give us a try, book onto one of our FREE taster sessions. The next two taster sessions are coming up very soon: Tuesday 20 October and Tuesday 3 November.

Book your place via our website or send us a message. :-)

🍬 CHARD CARNIVAL 2026 🍬

What a night! Chard Carnival marked the end of carnival season for us, so whilst we were all a bit sad - we ended on a high!

We say this a lot - but this team has such a special bond. After 6 weeks of giving it everything in rehearsals and in the processions themselves (including 2 that day!), we were all naturally tired out!! Our performers rallied around each other, supported each other and that love and care got every single one of them over the start line that evening. ♥

We honestly couldn't have asked for more. Until we were awarded FIRST PLACE for our class 🥇🏆 which meant so much!

The Confection Collection will always hold a special place in our hearts. So to all of those people who helped us, supported us and cheered us on - thank you for being part of those 'Quality' memories and 'Magic Moments!'

Definitely not forgetting the amazing local businesses who we get to call sponsors:

Somerset Music Academy
Ilminster Hair & Beauty
Soleus Podiatry
Manders Financial Services Ltd
DONNAEYREhair
Taylor's property maintenance
Mynster Motors

And Taylormade joinery Ltd for the van :-)

Onwards and upwards to 2027 carnival themes and don't forget:

♥ FREE taster sessions to join the team are coming up - Tuesday 20 October and Tuesday 3 November - send us a message to book your space.
