Alhamdulillah! Today marks the beginning of an extraordinary journey as our participants embark on the Hijrah Walk 2026, retracing the historic footsteps of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

This is not simply a journey across the desert. It is a journey of the heart – a journey of faith, patience, sacrifice, perseverance and remembrance of Allah.

Over the coming days, we will share the experiences, challenges, unforgettable moments and spiritual reflections from this remarkable journey.

SURAH AD-DUHA TOUR LAUNCH: CARDIFF

The first event of the “Healing Through the Lens of Surah Ad-Duha” tour took place on Saturday in Cardiff.

The event explored how Surah Ad-Duha can provide a framework for healing, positive thinking and navigating difficult seasons through a deeper connection with Allah.

The session focused on healing through positive thinking and understanding the different states and spiritual seasons of the believer. Through Surah Ad-Duha, the sisters explored how tests can be viewed not simply as difficulties to endure, but as opportunities for growth, closeness and friendship with Allah.

The 6Ks were also introduced as a practical framework for understanding and navigating tests, alongside the Qur'anic reminder of ease with hardship.

Three pathways were introduced to help the sisters move from learning into action:

1. Survive Yourself and Save Yourself from Drowning
Learning how to save oneself from drowning in pain and attain Jannah in the process.
5 sisters expressed interest.

2. Navigate Yourself Through Your Test
Using our tests as a means of developing and steering and navigating to the closeness and friendship with Allah.
8 sisters expressed interest.

3. Become a Means of Healing and Help for Others
Living the message of Surah Ad-Duha by sharing the blessings Allah has given us and becoming a source of support and healing for others. In helping others, we can also find healing for ourselves.
9 sisters expressed interest.

Hajirah hosted the event and included short quizzes throughout the session, helping the sisters recall and reinforce the key lessons and teachings.

Next Steps:
An orientation meeting has been arranged for next week for the sisters who have come forward. This will begin the process of establishing the three pathway chapters and moving the work forward.
