Christmas is definitely coming for the Repair Cafe, we’re starting to get repairs like this little chap.

Have you ever seen one of these? Neither have we. Its a bingo number display, but one of the segments doesn’t work. This is part of the joy of the Repair Café, you never know what you’re going to get. And we love stuff like this. So if you’ve something that doesn’t do what it should, we’ll try and fix it, for free!

So bring your stuff in next Saturday (17th Oct), School lane, Honiton (opp leisure centre).
We’re open from 9.15 to 12.00

The Repair Cafe is back again! And we need your help. We're looking for another volunteer to help us book people in. I think the main qualification is willingness to get up early one morning a month. And its very rewarding, everybody goes home happy!
Interested? come and see us or email [email protected]
Otherwise, if you have something that needs a little TLC, or some long serving item that’s finally given up the ghost, don't throw it away, bring it along and we'll try and fix it - for free! (but we wouldn't mind a contribution).
Saturday 19th Sept. Community Use Bldg, School Lane, Honiton (opp Leisure Centre). From 9.15 to 12.00

Repair Cafe is on again next week (Sat 15th, School Lane honiton). I'm going to get on of the ladies to alter my favourite zip-top. Its amazing how much extra mileage you can get from your clothes with just simple repairs. So whatever you've got that needs fixing, bring along.
9.15-12.00 email: [email protected]

We had a record month for donations this month. A very happy customer collected his Bose cd player, and we had even more sewing machines. Its getting to feel like people think we only do sewing machines.

It’s Repair Café time again! We had a really good month in May, we had 27 items in for repair, some people bringing in more than one item. Weirdly, we had three sewing machines to fix - all successful. So, if you have something that needs a little TLC, or some long serving item that’s finally given up the ghost, bring it along Saturday 20th June.
Community Use Bldg, School Lane, Honiton (opp Leisure Centre).
From 9.15 to 12pm.

We had a really good month in April, 27 Items repaired and one of our best months for contributions. In addition, we had two new repairers join us! which brings us up to 10, plus our two ladies who deal with fabric repairs.
Our next event is Saturday 17th at the Community Use building in School Lane, Honiton. So if you need something fixing, bring it along.
