💙 FREE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR 13–18 YEAR OLDS IN HONITON 💙

Headlight Honiton is launching this September!

Our free service offers a safe, welcoming space for young people aged 13–18 who may be struggling with their mental health or simply need someone to talk to.

🌟 Peer Support Groups – build resilience, confidence and skills to manage mental health symptoms
🌟 1-2-1 Mentoring – personalised support tailored to the young person

Day 2 of our HAF club included a trip to Exmouth Beach for ball games, a dip in the sea, followed by a sausage & chip lunch.

Day 1 of Twin Tigers Fitness and Food HAF club and we were very grateful to Specialist Medical Transport South West for delivering a highly informative First Aid session as part of our days activities. From finding a person in need, calling the emergency services, perfoming CPR, using a defib and putting a patient in the recovery position - the team left us feeling confident we would know how to respond in an emergency.

‼️RNLI Launched it's 2026 'Float to Live' campaign this week.‼️

We wanted to share this important, lifesaving information.
Please take time to watch the following video and take on board the advice provided - it has helped save the lives of more than 50 people in all sorts of situations, from children in 'rip currents', to runners falling into canals, from people swept out by waves to fishermen falling overboard.
