What a day we had yesterday at SWA Competitions weekend! 💪🌟

We had a team go up and play hockey, which fair to say did very well! Won 2 matches against Cornwall 5-1 and Dorset 5-0 and a draw against Wiltshire!
Off to Nationals we go!🏑🏑🏑

Massive well done to Maicey Bennett who took up our club cubicle, and a great result coming second place, making it through to Nationals🥈

Devon County Show was another huge success for Team Honiton with over 113 entries, from cake baking to silage foraging to cubicle and scrapbooks, Honiton came out 2nd Overall in most points across Devon! Big well done to Maicey Bennett and Fay Rabjohns for their creative work with Club Cubicle, Promotion Board and Scrapbook, emphasising our Favourite Place and Advertising what we do as a Club!

Busy week coming up in preparation for our disco on FRIDAY night!! 🍻🍻

Honiton took 3 tow teams to Devon County Show.!!There were 8 teams entered in the men’s competition with Anstey winning the group on maximum points followed by Combe Tuggers A, then Honiton, Yarcombe, Yeovilton, Combe Tuggers B , Haldon and finally Whimple.
The ladies saw 4 teams enter with Honiton winning the group and Yarcombe the runner up then came Combe Tuggers and finally Haldon.
The final went 2-0 to Honiton over Yarcombe.
In the GENSB Youth, 3 teams entered, and the group was won by Marnhull team followed by Honiton and finally Beaminster.
The final was won by Marnhull 2-0 over Honiton.
The juniors had 3 new boys who made their debut and 2 new junior girls who made their 2nd debut, very well pulled to all the juniors.
The men’s pulled very well only just missing out to second spot by a very heavy Coombe tuggers.
The ladies pulled well doing what they do best.
Training continues to be on a wed and Friday.
