Come along to our community lifesaving skills evening on Thursday 9 July in Hemel Hempstead, where you can learn CPR, how to use a defibrillator and preventing choking.

👑 Dacorum Community Trust: Vital lifeline to 1000+ people, distributing food/energy vouchers, etc. Awarded the prestigious King's Award for Voluntary Service!
🥫 DENS - Helping Rebuild Lives Food Banks: Over 3,500 parcels distributed last year!
🥗 Hemel Hempstead Community Fridge: Redistributes free food 11am Wednesday / Saturday at Highfield Community Centre.
⛑️ St John Ambulance Dacorum Network : Community first aiders with lifesaving skills.
🛍️ Local Charity Shops: Including The Hospice of St Francis Bovingdon & Highfield-Owned.
☕ Liberty Tea Rooms & Community Hub: Cleared over £3.1 million in debt, actively preventing homelessness.
🫂 Community Action Dacorum and so many others!

Great cadets need great leaders and our Cadet leaders shine brightly as they lead their units through a vast array of topics and challenges.
With many staying until they can join the adult unit, and then joining us on duty as adults and not cadets it’s a definite journey for them all wherever they may start or end!
