Cycle Touring Club in West Hertfordshire and the Chiltern Hills We are a friendly group of mixed ability cyclists who meet each Sunday.

Rides normally start in or around Hemel Hempstead. We ride on quiet back roads and usually head out to the beautiful Chiltern hills. Typically we cycle 30 - 65 mile rides throughout the year at 12 - 15mph with stops for coffee and lunch. Our riders range in age from 35 to 80 years old so you're sure to fit in. A great car assisted ride led by John. Started at Quainton, coffee in Buckingham and lunch at The Penny Black in Bicester. Generally less traffic and some quiet lanes. Thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Coffee at Gliding Club then onwards skirting Leighton Buzzard to Three Horseshoes at Cheddington.

Seven intrepid riders met for 9.30 departure from Waterend Barn St Albans. Coffee stops was The Secret Truffletier cafe at Lassiters Chocolate factory. Not much of a secret as it was full when we got there. A free chocolate for every hot drink ordered. This could be a favourite!
