It all starts with a morning briefing….

This is our chance to share the latest updates from government departments and other organisations, discuss anything that could affect the people we are supporting, and make sure the team here at the Forum and those who connect remotely from home and our Berkhamsted office are upto date with what’s happening.

There’s a lot of work that happens behind the scenes at Dacorum Citizens Advice to make sure when someone comes to us for help, they receive advice that is informed, relevant and up to date.

Yesterday, the Dacorum Citizens Advice team attended Dacorum Borough Council’s Housing Day.

It was a great opportunity to meet with local residents, provide advice and information, and connect with partner organisations working to support our community.

Thank you to Dacorum Borough Council for hosting the event and to everyone who stopped by to speak with us. If you need advice on housing, benefits, debt, employment, or any other issue, we’re here to help.

Three team members from Dacorum Citizens Advice have successfully completed the ESTU Operationalising AI 10-week course, funded by Hertfordshire Future and Dacorum Borough Council
The learning has been invaluable, giving us practical knowledge and confidence to use AI in ways that will improve efficiency, save valuable time, and ultimately help us deliver an even better service to our community.
We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to take part in this programme and would like to extend our sincere thanks to Herts Futures, Dacorum Borough Council, and the course leaders for their expertise, encouragement, and support throughout the 10 weeks.
We look forward to putting what we’ve learned into practice to benefit both our charity and the people we support.
