Friday saw some of our staff getting up-to-date on their Emergency First Aid Level 3, run by Ian Prickett from Vertical Blue Cornwall-SUP

We opened up spaces on the course to other businesses and were very excited when an incredible Cornish Rapper arrived! Our staff are always professional but it was hard to hide the enthusiasm and fundraiser Anna got herself a selfie with Hedluv of Hedluv + Passman 🀩 who can now drop some rhymes and resus' you at the same time!

If you need a space to hold a workshop, meeting, presentation or party, our lakeside function room could be just the place - and the fee supports our charity! (with the added bonus of our cafe next door, local celebs not necessarily included)

One happy young sailing instructor kitted out in quality gear thanks to a generous local lady who simply said:
β€œIt’s great that you are getting youngsters out on to the water who may otherwise not have the opportunity to experience sailing. Good luck with it all.”

Our young DI's often simply can't afford decent equipment for themselves so we try to help them out with loaned bits, but to receive Gill salopettes with matching jacket, Remploy fleece-lined salopettes and Musto salopettes is tremendous and much appreciated.

We are blessed to be part of such a caring community and love providing opportunities for the young people here in Cornwall.

to our feature on the BBC a fortnight ago - did you see it?

Our Trevassack Lake HQ was looking resplendent in the glorious sunshine for our Friday evening Swim. Sup. Supper event, held every week until September.

Marketing Manager, Katie, had the unenviable task of answering on-the-spot questions about our charity, but it's not too hard when all our staff are so passionate about what we do.

If you're near the Lizard, pop in to our Trevassack Lake Cafe for a coffee between 9.30am and 2.30pm any day of the week - all profits support our charity!

We had such a positive meeting full of potential with Penzance Gym Club at our Trevassack Lake HQ yesterday.

Our fundraiser Anna and Activity Manager Rupert met with Luke and Teona, and discussed opportunities to join forces and help people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) access more activities.

They work with mainstream and SEND schools, like we do, but offering a fully inclusive gymnastics club in Penzance that includes an accessible sensory room. They're doing amazing work and we're very excited to see what a collaborative future holds πŸ‘

We're still beaming with pride over the immense resilience and determination our CEO showed in running the London Marathon on behalf of our charity.

We pleased to announce the final fundraising total is an epic Β£7,423!

Thank you so much from us and the children that we will get out on the water thanks to your generosity and Jakie's lifetime achievement.

This will go a long way to helping us get young people learning lifeskills that will help put them on a positive pathway in life, showing them what they are capable of and of course, having fun while doing it.

If you'd like to help support the work we do, through fundraising, sponsorship or corporate opportunities, please do get in touch:
