Friends of Constantine Surgery FOCS are a registered charity who raise funds to enable the surgery to buy equipment and services above that provided by the NHS.

Our aim is to enhance the availability of care closer to home and improve the long term health of the registered patients.

Mel is going to be waving her magic ear cleaning wand over anyone who is struggling to hear again at the Surgery this coming Wednesday 17th June from 2pm . Don't forget we subsidise this cost by £5 per ear, through kind donations made to Friends of Constantine Surgery. Call the number at the bottom of this poster to book!

We are on a fundraising roll here at FOCS!! After the success of our Bluebell/Pixie Trail this Bank Holiday we are raising the stakes!! Please come and join us for this fantastic evening.
