Next Wednesday 17 June - BINGO in the Village Hall. This will now start at the earlier time of 7pm for Eyes Down. It should allow plenty of time to get back in time for kick off - England v Croatia at 9pm.

THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF RUAN MINOR VILLAGE HALL WILL TAKE PLACE AT 7PM ON THURSDAY 25 JUNE IN THE VILLAGE HALL.

2. Apologies for absence
3. Minutes of the last AGM
4. Matters arising
5. The Annual report and statement of accounts
6. Election of Trustees
Five Trustee Member positions on the committee of management are available for appointment at the AGM
7. Election of organisational representatives
One appointed member should be appointed by each of the organisations listed in Part 2 of the Schedule to the Ruan Minor Village Hall Scheme Agreement.

The organisations are:
Grade Ruan Parish Council
Grade Ruan Parochial Church Council
Grade Ruan Under 5s
8. Any Other Business - Prior notice of which must have been received by the Secretary

Thank you to Kernow King for a very entertaining evening last night in the hall. Great to see so many people from near and far come to our latest Carn to Cove show.
Thank you Liane, Judith and Tanya for sourcing these shows. The village hall is delighted to be in partnership with them and provide the venue.
