We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who made our Summer Fete a success. We raised £473.87 which will go back in our local Bridgemary lunch clubs reducing loneliness and isolation for older people.

A special shout out to our dedicated volunteers who gave their time to bake cakes, collect raffle prizes, make teas/coffees, put out tables/chairs the list is endless! We couldn't do it without you.

We operate a lunch club every Tuesday and Thursday at Living Word Church in Bridgemary for older people. Get in touch with us to find out more on 02392 471313 or just come along and give it a try!

We are making the final preparations for our annual Summer Fete, this Saturday at Living Word Church in Gosport. Please come down and support this fantastic cause making a difference to older people in Gosport and Fareham. It looks like it will be a lovely day, we had fudge, face painting, tombola and more for you to enjoy. Free Entry!

We would like to say a huge Thank You this Volunteers Week to all our wonderful volunteers. Without your commitment none of what we do could be possible and would like to thank you for your commitment, friendship and support you have shown to our members over the past year.

Today, our manager Emily delivered a Smokefree Hampshire Awareness session to 21 of our lunch club attendees. This project is being delivered in partnership with Action Hampshire. We had a good response from our members and look forward to coming back for Thursday lunch club.

Due to volunteer shortage and the heat wave, we have made the decision to close our Gosport Lunch Club tomorrow. Our next lunch club will be on Thursday 28th May at the usual time.

We also want to make members aware that we are still hosting our exercise classes tomorrow and Wednesday but we have asked our instructors to amend their programme slightly due to the heat. We will include more refreshment breaks throughout the session to keep you cool and hydrated! 🧊

Today we say goodbye to our colleague Cathy who leaves MHA to start her retirement. We want to wish her all the happiness and would like to thank her for all her love, support and friendship she has shown our members.
