This Sunday is a day full of celebrations! ✨It's International Yoga Day, the Summer Solstice, and Father's Day all in one! 🌞..And what better gift than something free? 🎁 Celebrate with your loved ones and our wonderful Park Yoga Havant community as we come together for a special Summer Solstice Flow, welcoming the longest day of the year and soaking up the morning sunshine. 🧘‍♀️
After class, I'll be sharing some lovely tea from our sponsor, Yogi Tea. You're very welcome to bring a flask of hot water so we can enjoy a cup together after yoga 🫖... Snacks are a bonus! 🍓

✨ How much is it?
Park Yoga is a charity and completely free to attend.
✨ Do I need to book?
No, just come along
✨ Where do you meet?
Coach House Lawn, Staunton Country Park – the large green next to the main car park.
✨ Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Park Yoga is suitable for all bodies, abilities and experience levels.
✨ Can children come?
Yes, children are very welcome, even your pets!
✨ What do I need to bring?
A yoga mat or towel, some water, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
✨ How often is it on?
We run every Sunday at 9.30am until September.

The grass may be a little damp, so you might like to bring a towel or blanket to place underneath your mat. 😊
Dress for the Great British weather! Layers are a great idea for extra comfort throughout the session.
