Happy National Coffee Day! ☕💜

Did you know that your morning coffee can have a second life?

At Artizan Café, we save our used coffee grounds and make them available free of charge for collection, so they can be put to good use in gardens and compost.

It’s a simple way to reduce waste and give something that would otherwise be thrown away a new purpose. 🌱

So if you’re a keen gardener or have a compost heap at home, pop in and collect some! Our used coffee grounds are available from Artizan Café while stocks last.

Coffee for you, compost for your garden. ☕🌱💜

Wow! Our quiz night was a fantastic success, raising a massive £1250 for Artizan! 💜

Everyone had so much fun, with plenty of laughter and some very competitive quizzing! It was lovely to see so many people coming together to support Artizan.

A huge thank you goes to our amazing sponsors & donors at Tesco, Asda, Starling Independent Bar Cafe Kitchen, Otto Cafe and Nuvem for your generous support, and to everyone who donated prizes.

To all those who joined us on the night and bought raffle tickets, we are so grateful and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

Finally, a special thank you to those who signed up to become Artizan Angels by making a regular donation ✨. Even a small monthly gift helps us plan ahead and continue creating opportunities for disabled and neurodivergent adults. Could you join them? Collaboration and creativity in full bloom 💜🌿

We had a wonderful time at the Harrogate Autumn Flower Show at Newby Hall, where we joined forces with our friends at Horticap for a very special collaboration.

Alongside Horticap’s beautiful garden, our talented Artizan artists created the Green Man Trail, giving visitors the chance to explore their creativity while discovering more about the work of both charities.

We love opportunities like this that show what can happen when local organisations come together, share their skills and help one another be part of fantastic events within our community.

Thank you to everyone who followed the trail, stopped to chat and took an interest in the work we do. And, of course, a huge thank you to Horticap for collaborating with us! 💜🌸
