Kings Court Masonic Centre Welcome to Kings Court Masonic Lodge no: 2689 and the Kings Court Royal Arch Chapter no 2689. We meet at the Masonic Hall in Station Road Gillingham Dorset

Welcome to Kings Court Lodge

We are one of the 49 lodges which make up the Province of Dorset and we meet in Gillingham Dorset, just one of the seventeen meeting venues across the County. Kings Court Lodge was dedicated on 2nd June 1898 and since 1919 has met at the Masonic Hall in Gillingham. Kings Court currently has a wide-ranging age of membership including younger men with families in a var

iety of occupations. Whilst we believe family and work must always be prioritised. Masonry can be enjoyable and an important interest alongside. Freemasonry offers the opportunity to engage with like minded people from different backgrounds whom you may not usually meet. We actively engage in charitable events and activities. We dedicate time, resources and skills to support our community by being a part of something that can really make a difference in our World. We also provide an opportunity to explore your potential through improved self knowledge and confidence on an enduring foundation of ethical and moral values. These values upheld by members, offer a framework for making better choices in life and living a more fulfilling and purposeful existence. As with any club or organisation there is a joining fee and annual membership cost which we always strive to keep as low as possible as is our dining fee each month when we enjoy an excellent meal after each meeting . To become Freemason a man must be over the age of 18, believe in a supreme being and be a just, upright citizen. The lodge is always delighted to receive new members, both existing Freemasons new to the area and those new to Freemasonry. If you are not currently a Freemason and would like to know more, please contact the lodge, just send us a message.

We're proud to play a role in this on behalf of Freemasonry.

What a good week we’ve had at Kings Court Lodge!
Tuesday evening saw the WM pass Bro Darren to the 2nd Degree. Then, a Past Paster Stuart Hargrave got to make a donation to Dementia Friendly Gillingham from funds raised during his term as Master of the Lodge. then the lodge decided to donate the proceeds of the evenings raffle to them as well!

Then today members, family and friends enjoyed a St George’s Day lunch & quiz which raised £300 to go to this years Master, Roger Knight to donate to his chosen Charity.

Tuesday 21st April will see Bro Darren reach midway on his journey in Freemasonry.!

Well done Benevolence!

We are so grateful to Dorset Freemasonry Lodge of Benevolence in Sherborne for their ongoing support 🙏

This month they have donated a very generous £800 to the Rendezvous Sherborne.

Every year we help over 75 young people achieve accredited qualifications in Maths and English allowing them to go onto further education, secure an apprenticeship or find a job. It’s hard to put into words the difference this makes to every young person who walks through our doors, but for all those who want to achieve and put in the work, the transformation is life changing 💚

If you own a business, are part of a community group or would like to help support the Rendezvous please give Fiona a call on 07389 083537 or email [email protected] and she would be happy to help you 😊
