Friockheim Estate Walkabout - All Residents Welcome

Angus Council Housing Service has planned an estate walkabout in your area - Eastgate, McLellan Court, Eastgate Crescent, Castle Street & Crescent, Kinnaird Crescent, Guthrie Street and Guthrie Crescent.

Others attending include:

β€’ Tenant Participation Officer
β€’ Housing Technical Team
β€’ Police Scotland
β€’ Elected Members
β€’ Environmental Health

Estate Walkabouts are an opportunity for residents to walk around their neighbourhood alongside Council staff and partner services identifying issues, concerns or opportunities for improvement within the area.

If you have mobility issues and would like a member of staff to visit you during the walkabout let us know in advance by calling the Customer Contact Centre on 0345 277 7778 or email [email protected]

Some areas of the park may be temporarily unavailable or fenced off at various times during the works.
Please do not enter any fenced or cordoned-off areas β€” these are in place for your safety.

This year, visitors can explore Arbroath Community Fire Station, learn more about lifesaving work at RNLI Arbroath Lifeboat, and uncover fascinating local history at the Arbroath Royal Observer Corps Post Museum.

You can also visit the Friockheim Park Community Volunteers Lockup, a unique local venue with its own story to tell.

These venues are perfect for families, curious visitors and anyone interested in the people, places and stories behind communities in Angus.
