Our mission is to save and change the lives of serving and ex-serving members of our Armed Forces and Emergency Services community including their families affected by stress. Although we aim to get back to you via messages within 24hours the page is not monitored 24/7. It is also not a substitute for an occasion when you also think that the emergency services should be called. We generally aim to

Front Row Live | An Evening with David Flatman

Front Row Live comes to Steel Brew, Plymouth on Saturday 27th February 2027 - in collaboration with Rock 2 Recovery UK and Devonport Services RFC.

Get ready for a huge night of rugby banter, live music and entertainment. We'll be joined by former England and Bath prop David Flatman - better known as Flats - one of the funniest voices in rugby and a firm favourite on the after-dinner circuit. Expect an evening of stories, straight talk and plenty of laughs from one of the game's best-loved characters.

And there's music all night long. Live acts will keep the room buzzing from early doors right through the evening, so come ready for a proper night out.

At the incredible age of 72, Alan will be taking on a huge 15.2-mile hike across the Brecon Beacons, tackling some seriously challenging terrain and elevation along the way!
