A calm sensory-rich session focussed on herbs, growing food, smell, taste and practical gardening skills.

🌷Just drop in — stay as long as you like

We’re a gentle, inclusive group — whether you’re coming with children, on your own, or just fancy a cuppa and a chat, you’ll be very welcome.

We are excited to be back at Littleham Hub on Friday with the first Connect and Grow of 2026

We would love to welcome old and new faces to our lovely community session. Warm drinks, lots of activities and games on offer it’s a brilliant way to start the year, make friends and try something new.
