It's hard to believe we're at the end of August already and the Summer Bank Holiday is here ! For this reason we will be closed on Monday 31st and back open again on Tuesday Sept 1st. Please remember, if you want to, you can hire our mobility equipment for the long weekend ! All the best and hope to see you soon!

Born to be wild! Took our new mobility scooter out for a test spin outside the office - this is a Class 3 scooter so could be used on the open road, currently getting it registered with the DVLA .

Very pleased to represent Shopmobility Enniskillen at this meeting with the Infrastructure Minister yesterday.

Delighted to join colleagues from mobility services and Shopmobility schemes across Northern Ireland in a positive and constructive meeting with Infrastructure Minister Liz Kimmins MLA. We discussed the vital role these services play in supporting independence, accessibility, active travel and community participation for thousands of people across Northern Ireland.

It was particularly encouraging to hear the Minister's genuine interest in our services and her recognition of the difference they make to people's everyday lives. The Minister acknowledged the growing need for mobility support and our services, the challenges schemes face, and the importance of ensuring people can continue to access their towns, services, families and communities independently.

We greatly appreciate the support shown by the Minister and her Department, their ongoing commitment to funding, and their willingness to work in partnership to strengthen and sustain these essential services for the future. Together, we can help ensure that people with mobility challenges remain connected, active and independent within their communities

Today is International Self-Care Day ! Remember true self-care is not a selfish act-keeping yourself as healthy as possible, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually is good for your family and friends too !
If anything at all, affects your mobility we are here to help. Daily use costs nothing for a rollator complete with seat if you get tired walking and need to have a sit down now and again.
If you have an injury why not borrow a wheelchair ? Or we have different sizes of mobility scooters.They all can be taken to other areas outside Enniskillen to explore too. Call us on 028 6632 9965 or visit our office in the Translink depot.
