Your feedback helped shape our tenancy information 🏠💬

Members of Bield’s Tenant Insight Network (TIN) recently reviewed information about changes to the Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement.

They told us what was clear and what needed more explanation.

We listened and made changes, including making it clearer that existing tenants do not need to sign a new agreement, explaining the main changes and adding a new “What do I need to do?” section.

It’s a great example of how tenant feedback can lead to real changes.

Beyond every front door, there is a story worth hearing 🚪

Every person who lives in a Bield community has their own journey. Some have overcome challenges. Others have found friendship, independence or a place to call home. Every experience is different and every story has value.

You’re invited to take part in Beyond the Door, a new storytelling project celebrating the voices and experiences of Bield tenants.

You don’t need to have an extraordinary story. Sometimes it’s the everyday experiences that teach us the most.

By sharing your experiences, you could help future tenants, influence how services are developed and ensure more people’s voices are heard.

We’re especially keen to hear from people whose voices aren’t always heard or who have experienced barriers because of disability, ethnicity, language, age, religion or belief, caring responsibilities, gender or sexuality or other personal circumstances.
