NEW PICTISH SHORTS PODCAST ALERT!
The podcast episode features a conversation between David McGovern and Professor Katherine Forsyth. Katherine shares her journey into the field, sparked by a history teacher at school in Banchory (well done Mr Finnie). The discussion covers the excitement of new discoveries in Pictish archaeology and the importance of visiting sites like the Meigle Museum. Katherine also reflects on the mystery of lost artifacts and the thrill of uncovering a lost stone. Katherine also tells us why you should always carry a steel-tipped umbrella when visiting Pictish sites!
