YOUNG PEOPLE | Building skills & confidence through archery! 🎯

Last month, S3 and S4 pupils from Trinity High School in Rutherglen kicked off their GROW programme journey with Scottish Archery! 🌟

GROW (Glasgow Regional Opportunities for Work) which is part of DYW Glasgow introduces young people to diverse careers through hands-on employer visits

What they got up to:
• 🏹 Tried out soft archery training (a brand-new experience for most!).
• 🚀 Explored career paths within the Health & Wellbeing sector.
• 🎨 Designed custom sports mascots and marketing merchandise

Supervising youth worker Connor Wright (COVEY Befriending) praised the "bubbly and engaging" group and thanked Scottish Archery for making everyone feel safe and comfortable to share ideas 🙌

Well done to the group and hope they enjoy the rest of the programme
