Bora has some truly wonderful news!

Bora went for a check-up and the news was better than we could have hoped for. 🤍 His blood work has improved, he is doing great and there are no signs of any new growths.

Dr. Stefan thinks that because Bora’s whole leg was removed, any remaining traces of the sarcoma have been removed with it.

And today, Bora took another big step towards his new life. He received his microchip, passport and rabies vaccine and has officially been cleared to start looking for his forever home.

His vet bill came to 79£ and we would really appreciate your help in settling it. Every little bit helps us continue giving Bora the care and second chance he deserves. 🙏

Little Berry’s update 💜

Our little Berry went for a more thorough check-up today and thankfully, there doesn’t seem to be anything seriously wrong with her.

The vet prescribed antibiotics to treat the bacterial infection, as well as Hemoplex vitamins to help improve her blood levels.

Once she finishes her antibiotics, Berry will have another check-up. If everything looks good, she can finally begin her heartworm treatment.

Today’s vet bill came to 68£ and once again, our little girl needs your help. She has already been through so much and we don’t want financial worries to stand in the way of giving her the care she desperately needs.

Berry can’t keep going without you. 🥺

Someone is feeling a LOT better after a much-needed haircut. 💜

Little Berry is now so much more comfortable and for the first time, we can finally see the little dog underneath all those horrible mats. 🥹

Her next step is another visit to the vet for a thorough examination, to make sure we understand exactly what she has been through and what she needs going forward.

We simply cannot understand how anyone could have let this happen to such a tiny, innocent girl. But we are so grateful that we found her when we did and could finally give her some much-needed relief.

Now we just need to keep going and give Little Berry the care she deserves. 💜

URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR THIS LITTLE GIRL ‼️

Today, in 37°C heat, this tiny soul was wandering the streets, desperately searching for someone to show her kindness.

I simply couldn’t walk away. 💔

She is absolutely covered in fleas, ticks, grass and painful mats. She is exhausted, uncomfortable and in desperate need of help.

At today’s vet visit, we received even more heartbreaking news. She has tested positive for heartworm, has an infection and her blood results show that she is weak. She now needs to see Dr. Stefan for a much more thorough examination so we can understand exactly what is going on and give her the treatment she needs.

Today’s vet bill came to 40£ and once she leaves the clinic, she will also need a safe place to stay while she recovers. Her monthly pension will cost 61£ and any support towards keeping her safe would mean the world. ❤️

Every single donation, no matter how small, brings her one step closer to the care she desperately needs. She deserves the chance to heal, to feel safe and to know what love is. 🥺

Another pension day has arrived… and once again, we’re falling short. 💔

Right now we’re missing around 79£ to cover this month’s food and shelter for the dogs who rely on us every single day.

To them, this isn’t just a number. It’s a warm bed to sleep in. A full bowl of food. Safety instead of the streets they once knew.

Every month we worry if we’ll make it and every month we hope that kind-hearted people will help us keep our promise to them, that they will never have to go hungry or be without a safe place again.

Fresh haircut, fresh start… and we’re pretty sure Bora knows how handsome he is now. 🥹🤍

I think you all know our sweet Bora by now. 🩵

When Bora had his surgery, one half of his body had to be shaved. Unfortunately, the rest of his coat was already badly matted and since then it has become even worse.

The mats are uncomfortable and can be painful, so I’d really love to take him to the groomer to get him cleaned up and feeling much more comfortable.

The grooming will cost around 20£ and I was hoping we could raise enough to cover it. Every little contribution, no matter how small, will help Bora feel so much better.

Little Zhana had quite the day ❤️‍🩹

This morning we travelled to Kumanovo for her general check-up and thankfully there was some lovely news. She is doing well overall, is around 2 months old and weighs just 2 kg. 🥹

The vet examined her sore eye and prescribed eye drops for the infection. They also checked the little lump near her groin and confirmed that it is simply scar tissue from an old, healed wound.

After that, we made the journey to Skopje to see an orthopaedic specialist for X-rays. Unfortunately, this is where we received the heartbreaking news. 🥺

The X-rays showed that Zhana’s hip is completely out of its socket. The specialist believes it was caused by blunt trauma and that the injury is not recent, meaning this tiny baby has been living with it for quite some time. 💔

It breaks my heart to think that such a young puppy has already endured so much pain and suffering. At the same time, I feel incredibly grateful that she was found and is finally safe.

Zhana will need surgery to repair her hip. However, because she is still so young, the specialist wants to wait around two months before operating. During that time, she will receive her vaccinations, continue growing and become stronger so she has the best possible chance of a successful surgery and recovery.

Today’s vet visits and examinations came to 32£. Zhana’s hip surgery is expected to cost around 216£. While we have a couple of months before she is ready for the operation, we would love to start raising the funds now so everything is in place when the time comes.

URGENT help needed for wee baby Zhana 💔

Little Zhana was all alone at the cemetery, in the scorching heat, crying and hoping that someone would notice her. 🥺

She is just a tiny baby, but she has already had such a hard start in life.

She has a problem with her eye, or more specifically her eyelid, which has caused a painful eye infection. She also has a limp in one of her little hind legs.

Zhana visited the vet for the first time. She was covered in fleas, so she received a flea treatment, was dewormed and her sore eye was cleaned and treated to give her some relief.

But this is only the beginning. She urgently needs to see specialists for both her eye and her leg so we can find out exactly what is wrong and make sure she gets the treatment she needs before her conditions become worse.

How could I have left her there? As overwhelmed as I already am, I simply couldn’t walk away from a tiny baby who had no one. She deserved a chance, just like every life we have fought so hard to save.

Now it’s our turn to be there for little Zhana and I hope you’ll help me give her the future she deserves. ❤️‍🩹
