Little Cuba’s update ❤️‍🩹

Little Cuba went to see Dr. Stefan yesterday and thankfully, the ticks are now gone. But this tiny boy, only around 4 months old, has been left severely anaemic by the infestation and he has also tested positive for Ehrlichia. Thankfully, all of his other tests came back negative. 🙏🏼

Cuba now needs to take his medication for a month, followed by another check-up. For now, the most important thing is rest. His little body has been through so much already and he needs time to heal, regain his strength and simply be a puppy again. 🥺

His vet costs have been covered. 🤍

THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who helped little Cuba. He is so lucky to have you all in his corner. ❤️ Without your help, we wouldn’t have been able to give this sweet little boy the chance he deserves.

Now it’s time for Cuba to rest, heal and get stronger. We’ll be right here with him every step of the way. 🐾

🚨 URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR THIS POOR LITTLE BOY 🚨

On my way to the pension today, I saw a car almost hit something and whatever it was ran into the bushes. I stopped to look and there he was, hiding and absolutely shaking. 💔

I have never seen an infestation like this. The ticks were everywhere… literally thousands of them, covering his face, ears and little body. 🥺

I couldn’t leave him there, even though we are already struggling. I acted immediately and took him with me. We gave him tick treatment and thankfully, it has slowly started working. He is terrified, but I hope he is also feeling a little safer now that someone has finally stopped for him. ❤️‍🩹

But we desperately need your help to give this unlucky boy a chance. He needs to stay in isolation at the pension while he recovers, before he can be properly immunised and start his journey.

We need:

🐾 60£ for the first month of pension & food
🐾 17£ for deworming & first vaccine
🐾 45£ for bloodwork & tests

Please, if you can spare even a small amount, help us give him a chance at life. 🙏 He is only a few months old and honestly, I cannot understand how such a tiny, helpless boy has managed to survive like this. He should have been safe, loved and cared for. 💔

Ginny is still waiting… ❤️‍🩹

Yesterday passed and, sadly, nobody was able to help with her medication. So today, while Ginny is happily enjoying these last days of summer, she is asking if perhaps a few kind hearts might help her one more time. 🥺

Her monthly heart medication is 131£. It is the medication that keeps her heart supported and allows her to feel well, enjoy her days and simply be the happy girl she deserves to be. ❤️

We really don’t know how we are going to manage all the ongoing costs anymore, but stopping Ginny’s medication isn’t an option. She needs it every single month.

If you can spare even 5 or 10£ for Ginny, it would bring us one step closer to having her medication covered. Every little bit truly matters. 🙏🏻❤️‍🩹

Ginny needs us again this month ❤️‍🩹

Her monthly heart medication costs 131£. Keeping up with her ongoing treatment, along with the needs of our other dogs, veterinary bills and emergencies is becoming increasingly difficult. But Ginny’s medication is essential. It keeps her condition under control so she can feel well and enjoy the life she fought so hard to have. ❤️

Charlie is doing much better and wants to say a big thank you for all your help and support! 💛

He is still coughing, so he’ll need to stay at the vets for a few more days to fully recover. Once he’s better, he can finally go to the pension and continue his recovery there. 🐾

Can you help our big gentle boy, Medo? 💛

Medo is doing really well and we want to make sure he can continue on the right path.

We need to secure his monthly Advocate spot-on (17£) to continue his heartworm treatment, as well as a 15kg bag of food (13£).

Urgent help needed for sweet Charlie 🆘

Charlie is one of the pups I regularly feed on the street. Yesterday, I noticed that something was wrong, he just wasn’t himself. Today, he was refusing to eat or even move. I couldn’t leave him there, so I took him to the vet right away.

Charlie has a fever and a bad cough and he also tested positive for Ehrlichia and Anaplasma. 💔

This poor boy has already been through so much and now he desperately needs us. While he has the cough, he needs to stay isolated at the vets so he can receive the care and treatment he needs. Once he is better, he can go to the pension and continue his medication for 30 days.

Charlie has nobody to call his own. No family waiting for him, no warm home to go back to. Right now, he only has us. ❤️

Today’s vet bill was 34£ and he needs to stay at the vets for 5 days, at a cost of 8.6£ per day, another 43£.

After that, we need to secure a place for him at the pension, which costs 60£ for one month.

So far, we need 137£ to cover his vet bill, 5 days at the vets and his first month at the pension.

I know this is a lot to ask, but Charlie has nobody else. 🥺

Please help us help this sweet boy. Even the smallest donation can make a difference and help him get through his treatment. 🙏

Baby Zhana had her second vaccine! She is now one step closer to being fully immunized and one step closer to finally having her much needed surgery. 🥹

We can’t wait to see this little girl running around pain-free!
