Congratulations to our wonderful volunteer Kym who was invited to the “Girlguiding Celebrates” awards ceremony in London last weekend. Just days after completing her Girlguiding First response training, Kym put what she’d learned to use when someone collapsed at her work place and required CPR. We are so proud of you Kym!

Our young members and volunteers did us proud today in the carnival. Just a few photos for now but many more to follow!

What a wonderful evening our Rangers had at Kwik Fit - Eastbourne - Courtlands Road. They learnt how to check tyres for pressure and for wear an tear, the importance of keeping oil and water topped up, how to check oil levels and how to change tyres. Thank you Kwik Fit for the excellent teaching and for the goodie bags!

The 42nd Guides headed up to Butts brow this evening and three Guides made their Promise as the sun was setting. What a beautiful setting for a Promise ceremony!
