There is so much going on in and around Eastbourne over the next few weeks.
Live music and theatre, art exhibitions, pottery workshops, gardening events and family days out, there really is something for everyone in Eastbourne.

Known as the Sunshine Coast, Eastbourne is the perfect place to plan a seaside break. Come down for a show, wander along the seafront, enjoy some great local food and make a weekend of it.

Welcome to our newest members!

We are very pleased to welcome Citrus Eastbourne and Cherry Tree B&B to the Eastbourne Hospitality Association EHA.

The Eastbourne Performing Arts Festival is a much loved annual event, founded in 1961 and celebrating music, dance, speech and drama in all their forms.

Festival dates for 2026 include:

Music on 31 January and 1 February
Dance from 14 to 21 February

With events taking place across the town, it is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a winter break by the sea.

It was a pleasure to spend the evening at the business network meeting at The Citrus Hotel. The Citrus Hotel is one of our brilliant EHA member hotels and it was a joy to meet so many friendly people. Lovely to catch up with our EHA patron Josh Babarinde OBE MP and Connor, and a big thank you to Shanaz and her team for hosting such a warm and welcoming event.

Citrus Hotel Eastbourne

The Eastbourne Hospitality Association was pleased to attend the Eastbourne Youth Radio hospitality tea last night at East Sussex College. It was a well attended gathering with the Trustees of the Eastbourne Education Business Partnership, the mayors of Eastbourne and Polegate and many friends and colleagues from across the town.

We also marked the retirement of Tim Sorensen after more than thirty years of incredible service and congratulated EHA member Mina O Brien of Ditzy Media as she steps into the role.

The Grand Hotel’s Community Beach Clean

To mark World Mental Health Day, The Grand Hotel is inviting everyone to join a community beach clean along Eastbourne’s seafront.

🗓️ Friday 10th October 2025
🕚 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
📍 Meet on the Princes Lawn at The Grand Hotel

All equipment will be provided, and there’ll be tea, coffee and light refreshments back at the hotel afterwards.

It’s a great way to get some fresh sea air, do something positive for the environment, and connect with others.
