Come and join us this Easter 🐣 Monday

🐣 Shake Off the Easter Eggs & Refresh Your Body and Mind! 🌊

Revive Health & Fitness are teaming up with Eden's Mission to bring you a Community Wellness Get-Together on Bank Holiday Monday, April 21st – the perfect way to move, connect, and recharge!

We’re meeting outside Beach Deck at 8 AM, where you can choose between:
🏃‍♂️ A gentle 3K jog with Mark
🚶‍♀️ A scenic seafront walk with David

After that, we’ll head down to the beach for a 30-minute stretch session and an invigorating sea dip to awaken your senses!

Then we’ll warm up with a coffee and weather depending, a bbq’d bacon sarnie!

Join us for any part of the morning—everything is optional and the whole family are welcome!

This event is completely free, but please book your spot so we know numbers.

Health, Mind, Active, Community - these were the 4 things we wanted to make an impact in whilst coming up with an idea.

A little boy called Eden, born sleeping 12 years ago was the reason we started this amazing project, creating a safe community where people felt they could come to and just be themselves, find friends and have fun.

Nearly a year on and we're so proud of what we've achieved, connecting in lots of ways across our community, setting up different projects to raise awareness of mental health and babyloss.

We've got more to come - watch this space 👀

2024 - that's a wrap!

Nearly a year since we started our first community bootcamp, not knowing how it would be received but excited for what impact we could make!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last year, it's been amazing.

Now we break up for the festive period - we look forward to seeing you all next year 💙

SMALL BUT MIGHTY CREW TONIGHT 💫💪🙏

It was a blustery, stormy night, the week before Christmas, plenty of reasons to stay in…

but these WARRIORS came in and smashed out a fabulous Christmas 🎄 Tree workout with Tabata and glute finishers!

Merry Christmas an a happy new year to everyone at Eden's Mission!

Who would have thought, one year ago we had an idea to start up this wonderful community Bootcamp.
